Michael started Kitsap Fence & Framing after more than a decade in residential construction across the Pacific Northwest. He has a passion for clean design, strong craftsmanship, and helping homeowners transform their outdoor spaces into something special.
When he’s not on-site, you’ll find him restoring old tools, fishing in the harbor, or working on home renovation projects of his own.
Rachel keeps every job running smoothly—from scheduling materials to coordinating with clients. Her attention to detail ensures that every fence, deck, and framing project stays on time and on budget.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys hiking, photography, and volunteering with local community garden programs in Gig Harbor.
Alex is the backbone of the team when it comes to hands-on craftsmanship. From complex deck framing to precision fence installations, his work blends durability with a fine finish that clients love.
He’s been with Kitsap Fence & Framing for five years and takes pride in mentoring newer team members to uphold the same level of quality.
